Author of many expert articles (Brief, Media&Marketing Polska, Marketing w Praktyce, etc.), co-author of the book titled ?Standards in managing the sales team?.

She has a long-standing experience in creating a financial strategy of the company. At OS3 for over 15 years. She manages the financial and accounting team as well as the HR department.
She is responsible for finding solutions which provide optimal profitability, financial liquidity and creating a business budget plan. Among others, her duties include performing financial condition analysis by reporting on the income, costs, profits and financial results. Moreover ? she is responsible for cooperation with external institutions.
In advertising for over 6 years. She began her career at Tribal DDB working for clients such as McDonald's, Lipton and Johnson&Johnson. Today she manages the strategy department at OS3 and she creates comprehensive strategies for Volvo, BMW Polska, Hoop Polska, Hasbro or PKO Bank Polski.
She has a long-standing experience and education in the field of research and strategy. She is a sociologist with Market and Opinion Research specialization. She finished with distinction the Brand Strategy School by SAR. She also finished the Professional Diploma in Marketing programme and got the NLP Practitioner Certification.

Over 15 years in interactive media industry he gained his experience working for agencies such as GONG or Blue Focus. He was involved in realizing projects for Coca-Cola, Gilette, Always, HP, Mercedes, ECCO, Samsung Polska, Red Bull, KNORR, Starcom or Maspex.
In advertising for over 10 years. At OS3 he manages the creation department. He gained his experience in advertising agencies such as, among others, FireFlyCreation and GoldenSubmarine.
He worked for brands such as: BMW, Volvo, Nike, Play, Salt Mine in Wieliczka, BZ WBK, Sphinx, Skoda, Volkswagen, Vision Express, Avon, Timex. He was awarded for his work with, inter alia, FWA Award, Creative Sandbox or Mixx Awards.
Posiada ponad 10-letnie doświadczenie marketingowe, obejmujące tworzenie strategii, realizacje kampanii czy budowanie wizerunku marek i zarządzanie nimi od strony klienckiej.
Zdobywała je pracując dla Philip Morris w Polsce i Rumunii (marka Marlboro), CEDC International (marka BOLS) oraz Philips Polska (marka SAECO).
