She has a long-standing experience in creating a financial strategy of the company. At OS3 for over 15 years. She manages the financial and accounting team as well as the HR department.
She is responsible for finding solutions which provide optimal profitability, financial liquidity and creating a business budget plan. Among others, her duties include performing financial condition analysis by reporting on the income, costs, profits and financial results. Moreover ? she is responsible for cooperation with external institutions.

In advertising for 10 years. She got her professional experience at agencies like Great Open House, The Digitals or Interactive Solutions. At first she was involved in events and BTL projects and after few years digital became her main area of interest.
She worked with clients such as Warka, Procter&Gamble, Polkomtel, Moet Hennessy, Netia S.A., Kia Motors Polska, British American Tobacco, Kraft Food Polska.
At OS3 she is responsible for key accounts such as PKO Bank Polski, Philips Polska, Hasbro, Intermarché or Johnson&Johnson.
